Meet The Team
Jordan Gandy
Lead Pastor
Jordan has served in full-time ministry for almost 15 years as a Student Minister, Associate Pastor, and Lead Pastor. He began a personal relationship with Jesus at the early age of nine. He loves to see people follow Jesus each and every day of their lives.
Jordan has a Master’s and Doctorate from Southeastern Seminary.
He is currently working toward completing a second doctorate (Ph.D.) from
Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jordan and his wife, Lacie, have four young children, Madelyn, Maddox, Carson, and Emily.
Dickie Cullum
Assistant Pastor (Part-time)
Dickie has served at several churches during his time in vocational ministry, including most recently FBC Dillon, where he served as Lead Pastor for almost 24 years. His primary roles at Coastal Life are to oversee groups and assist Pastor Jordan with pastoral care.
Dickie graduated from the University of South Carolina, Southeastern Seminary, where he earned a Master of Divinity, and Luther Rice Seminary, where he earned a Doctor of Ministry.
Dickie and his wife, Diane, have two children and six grandchildren.
Will Johnson
Director of Music Ministries
Will Johnson is from Conway South Carolina. He is 20 years old and studied worship leadership at Samford University. For the past year, Will has served as Youth Minister at Maple Baptist Church in Conway.
Will enjoys music, travel, and photography. Will is looking forward to being a part of the Coastal Life family.
We look forward to Will leading CLCC in music as the new Music Minister.
Lacie Gandy
Director of Children's Ministry
and Media
Lacie has been serving alongside her husband in ministry now for ten years in various churches in South Carolina.
She graduated from Francis Marion University with a degree in Early Childhood Education and taught in the public school system for a couple of years before having her children. She loves working with children and is excited to be a part of the growth happening at Coastal Life.
Lacie and her husband, Jordan, have four children.
Ashley West
Director of Communications
Ashley has been a member of Coastal Life Community Church since moving to Myrtle Beach in 2019.
She graduated from Drury University with a degree in Design Arts and Visual Communications with special studies in Global Communications. Ashley went on to work in the not-for-profit sector as a Development Director, serving faith-based organizations and becoming deeply involved in community outreach and missions. Ashley and her husband, David, have two children.
Melissa Sanders
Church Administrator
Melissa graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a double major in Management and Marketing and a minor in Psychology. She has worked in property management for most of her career.
She is the youngest person to have served on the American Veterinary Medical Association’s Auxiliary board as the Vice President of Student Auxiliaries. A SC native, she has lived in Myrtle Beach for 12 years with her husband, Craig Sanders, of 25 years and their 4 furbabies.
Melissa and Craig started attending CLCC in September of 2019 and
immediately began serving in the Connection Center. Melissa is excited to see how the Lord is going to use her at Coastal Life.
